One week, 25% of CEBEDEAU, 1,221 km, and a well-deserved third place: CEBEDEAU didn't pedal for nothing!
From September 16 to 22, the Walloon region launched an ambitious challenge: to collectively cover 100,000 km on foot and by bike.
CEBEDEAU rose to the challenge!
1,221 km were covered by bike in one week
Third place in the overall ranking in the category of employers with fewer than 100 employees
25% of employees participated!
Beyond the challenge itself, this initiative highlighted a reality that is well established at our company: many of our colleagues already cycle to work on a regular basis. The real challenge? Turning this daily practice into a collective performance with the aim of perhaps reaching the podium. And we did it!
Meanwhile, across Wallonia, thousands of people walked, cycled, and exercised to reach a total of 213,715 km, or more than five times the circumference of the Earth. More than just a number, this is proof that soft mobility can bring people together and transform our habits.
And at CEBEDEAU, we are proud to have contributed to this!
